I started Chandler Beasley Creative as a way to provide accessible design to everyone. I have 3 packages currently that I am offering. These packages are priced per room and by room size listed below.

    The Full Room design package includes everything you need to build a room from scratch! This package will include all furniture, decor, wall treatments, window treatments, tile selection, hardware, bedding & more. Great for someone looking to start from scratch or completely redo! 

  • Finishing Touches Design

    The Finishing Touches design package is for someone who has furnishings, but needs styling and decor! This package will include all things that are considered decor - bedding, accents, rugs, lighting, curtains, & more. Great for someone looking to add character to your existing space!

If you are looking for a more consultative approach to your design - this is for you! This is a 1 hour video call where you can show me areas of your home and get my advice on what I would do with the space.
After the call, you will receive a sourcing list of recommended products for your space based on our call & your budget!

Medium Room

For room sizes 75-150 square feet

Great for offices, small dining rooms, large bathrooms, small bedrooms, small sunrooms, breakfast rooms, small porches, & spaces you just cant figure out!

Full Room Design Price: $1200

Large Room

For room sizes 150-300 square feet

Great for bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, sunrooms, playrooms, porches and patios, & kitchens

If you have a massive space you are unsure of what to do with or if you need help with your open concept floor plan, this package is for you! This package is priced based on the square footage of the property & the use.

Rental Property Turn Key Furnishing

if you have a rental property you need to furnish, this package is for you! This package is priced based on the square footage of the property & the use. This package includes all items and materials needed to get your property ready to rent! Everything you need will be included down to the forks and knives so you will just be able to order, install, and list!

  • Shopping list of furniture & accessories with 2 alternate options per item, notes will indicate size, color, fabric - etc. - links from general retailers & To The Trade only items
  • 30-day link guarantee (resourcing if items go out of stock within 30 days of final design)
  • 1 final 30 minute facetime for styling help/placement of items if needed

Finishing Touches Design Package
